Our outstanding footballer Juan Muñiz Gallego (14/03/1992) was proclaimed yesterday champion of the Malaysian FA Cup by winning with his team, the Johor FC 6-1 against Selangor and being the undisputed star of the match after scoring an incredible hat-trick in the final. The sensational Asturian footballer brought all his talent to the fore and gave an authentic recital to the delight of his teammates and fans. He scored the first goal of the match. A free kick 30 meters away from the rival goal was no obstacle for Juan Muñiz’s left-footed glove. He took a run and, with a spectacular shot over the barrier, opened the scoreboard of the match with an authentic goal within the reach of very few players. Precision, violence in the strike and a personality beyond any doubt, his tremendous goal marked the way to victory for his team in the final. That was not the end of the recital of the excellent player from Gijón. In the 67th minute of the match, he scored again after another magnificent goal. After a cross into the area from the right flank, the ball reached Juan after a header from a teammate of his and, at the edge of the area, without even controlling the ball, he hit the ball with great violence to make impossible the goalkeeper’s stretch and put the 4-1 on the scoreboard. Again, the enormous class of Juan Muñiz made the difference and scored a great goal with his left foot. A great shot to the near post with his first touch, which left the rival goalkeeper with no options. The show would not end there, as he put the icing on the final and his magnificent game, scoring the last goal of the match. The referee decreed a new foul in favor of Johor FC in the semicircle of the front of the area and that ball had owner, Juan Muñiz. With the whole stadium already celebrating the title, Juan took a run and, with an incredible strike with his glove on his left leg, he scored another authentic goal from a direct free kick. Third goal of the Asturian player to the jubilation of his fans. A new goal within the reach of very few players that put the finishing touch to an excellent match.
