Jon Erice to manage Arenas Club after promotion
Our fantastic coach, Jon Erice Domínguez (03/11/1986), will be the new coach of Arenas Club after the promotion of the Biscayan team to the First Federation this season.
The coach from Navarra arrives in Getxo in what will be his fourth experience in the dugouts.
He started in Mutilvera, from there he moved to CD Manchego and, halfway through the season, he was signed by Rayo Majadahonda in Primera Federación.
His last experience has been in Recreativo Granada.
A young, courageous coach with an enormous knowledge of the game, the Navarre-born coach is very demanding of himself and his players, with a clear commitment to attacking play.
Used to coaching very young players, he never gives up when it comes to giving debuts to those who deserve them.
He has always shown this, giving the opportunity to many players.
Jon is a coach who has very clear ideas. He tends to press very high to try to steal the ball as high up as possible, always showing very aggressive teams in that facet.
In restarts, he looks for combinative play, but without ever giving up speed in attack and verticality.
This is a coach with a great present and a very promising future.
A tireless worker, he analyzes his opponents in detail to enhance the virtues of his own team.
